Q: When will we receive our products?
A: Your products will arrive at your doorstep within 1-4 weeks of placing your order based on our stock and location.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: At the moment we are only able to ship inside the US states, but our main goal is to expand and be able to ship worldwide.
Q: What are you doing about the Covid-19 situation?
A: Due to the Covid-19 situation, shipping and processing times will be extended in order to accommodate for all regulations and safety measures, in order to keep our employees and our customers as far away from any contact as possible. We still hope to deliver your packages the quickest way possible and hope to advance even further as a company.
Q: What is your Refund Policy?
A: Every product has a different refund policy. Please refer to the product's Shipping and Refunds page, or the Refund Policy page, in order to understand every product's refund policy.
Q: How do the refunds work?
A: For products with a return policy, you must message us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to check out the reason and you must ship the product out once we confirm that a refund is possible. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (may be reimbursed).
Q: What may be reimbursed?
A: The refund shipping may be reimbursed up to $4.99 for reasons such as the product you received was broken, or the product was not functioning. The reimbursement is not available if you are returning for reasons other than those, unless you are exchanging products.
